What makes a shuffled number table challenging?

Each selection changes what you need to find next while the positions remain scattered across the grid.

Standard mode uses the same 25-cell format on every run so total time and mistakes are easy to compare.

QUESTIONS

Schulte table speed test FAQ

Does the table move?

No. Numbers remain in their shuffled cells for the entire level.

What happens after a wrong cell?

Standard mode adds an error and keeps the same current number. Endless mode ends immediately.

How does the current-number timer work?

The bar resets after each correct selection. In standard mode, a timeout adds an error and resets the bar; in endless mode, it ends the run.

How large do endless tables get?

Endless mode starts at 3 × 3, advances to 4 × 4, then uses 5 × 5 tables with increasingly short time limits.
