READY?

WATCH THE BOBBER

Small movements are decoys. Wait for the strong downward bite.

WAITING FOR A BITE—

Keyboard: Space · Touch or mouse: use REEL or tap anywhere in the fishing scene. No aiming needed.

HOW TO PLAY

Read the float before you react.

  1. 01

Start a cast and watch the pixel bobber without pressing.

  2. 02

Hold through small false twitches. They never change the bobber to the bite color.

  3. 03

When the float dives and turns red, press Space or tap REEL before the response bar empties.

WAIT FOR THE SIGNAL

Speed matters after recognition

The waiting phase includes harmless bobber motion, so reacting to every change will produce false starts.

The real bite is deliberately distinct: the float drops below its resting line and changes to a bright warning color.

READ YOUR RESULT

Accuracy first, then reaction time

Reaction time begins at the real bite. Only successful catches contribute to the reaction-time average.

This is a casual reaction game, not a clinical or diagnostic assessment.

QUESTIONS

Fishing bite reaction FAQ

Which bobber movement is the real bite?

The real bite pulls the bobber clearly downward and changes it to red. Small hops and sideways shakes are decoys.

What happens if I reel on a twitch?

It counts as a false start. Standard mode continues to the next cast; endless mode ends immediately.

Does the waiting bar reveal the bite time?

No. It is only an activity indicator. The bite occurs after a new random delay on every cast.

What becomes harder in endless mode?

The response window shrinks and the mix of waiting times and decoy twitches becomes less predictable.
