WAIT, THEN GO

Reaction speed with response inhibition

A simple reaction test asks you to respond to one signal. This test also asks you to suppress that response when the first signal appears.

Random spacing between the flashes prevents one fixed rhythm from becoming a reliable shortcut.

READ YOUR RESULT

Accuracy first, reaction time second

Your reaction time begins at the second flash. Early responses and timeouts reduce accuracy and are excluded from the reaction-time average.

In endless mode, the flash gap and response window become harder. One early response or timeout ends the streak.

QUESTIONS

Second flash reaction test FAQ

When should I press?

Press only after the second flash. The large number inside the screen changes from 1 to 2 to make the signal clear.

Does clicking after the first flash count?

No. Any input before the second flash is an early response. Standard mode records the error and continues; endless mode ends.

Why is the gap random?

Random timing makes you identify the second visual event instead of memorizing a single delay.

Can I play on a phone?

Yes. Tap the large flash screen with one finger when the second flash appears.
