HOLD-RELEASE TIMING
Reaction time is only part of the stop
The car keeps moving through a simulated braking distance after release. The closest successful stop balances signal reaction with the current speed.
Standard mode includes four low-, four medium-, and four high-speed obstacles in shuffled order.

Accuracy first, parking error second
A safe stop ends before the line. Distance reports the remaining gap in road units; lower is better without crossing.
The ranked timing error converts the absolute final parking gap into milliseconds at the current road speed. Endless mode raises speed after every safe stop.
