SPORT-SPECIFIC CHOICE

Anticipation changes the task

The wind-up gives you information before the response window begins. This makes the game different from waiting for an unrelated color flash.

READ YOUR RESULT

Accuracy comes before speed

Reaction averages use successful defenses only. Endless mode shortens the cue and response window until one mistake ends the run.

QUESTIONS

Boxing reaction time FAQ

Does this measure real boxing skill?

No. It measures performance in a four-choice browser game. It does not assess physical technique, defense, fitness, or safety.

Why show a wind-up?

Sport reactions include reading early movement cues. The wind-up lets you prepare without allowing a response before the punch launches.

Can I play on mobile?

Yes. The four defense buttons are designed for touch, while PC players can use fixed keyboard controls.
